Automation Test Lead

About the Role

As an Automation Test Lead, your responsibilities include leading the test automation team, provide training to junior team members, co-ordinating with Client teams, technical manager, QA and development team. You will be responsible for development of test automation framework, design and maintenance of scripts. 

Job Requirements

  •  Proven track record of leading quality initiatives such as defining quality practices and test frameworks. Strong experience in test automation using Selenium and other tools
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java/ C #
  • Strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Proven track record of defining and leading test automation, tools, and CI/CD strategy
  • Ability to quickly analyse test results and debug errors during test runs and recommend corrective action
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts with variety of teams both verbally and in written form
  • Experience of working with AI- ML based test automation tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Performing POCs and evaluating test automation tools
  • Identifying and designing test automation framework
  • Estimation of effort for automated scripts design
  • Creating and maintaining automated scripts to test front-end, API’s.
  • Reviewing test scripts designed by team members.
  • Preparation of automation test metrics
  • Requires expertise and visibility of the latest industry trends including the Automation Tools, CI/CD, AI/ML in qualifying software and hardware products.
  • Bring in the improvements in QA process by analyzing the market trends

Education

  • Any bachelor’s degree / master’s degree 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives across the teams.
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in Quality and 3+ years of experience in test automation using selenium & Java.

Software Engineer

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Experience with programming languages (C#, SQL, VB.Net, VBA, XML, JSON, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cultural adaptability.
  • Organized tasks and deliverables.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • Experience on SaaS or similar is a plus but not mandatory

Amadis is now looking to strengthen its product engineering and automation solutions team.

Role: Senior Software Engineer

Knowledge and Skills required:

–       Experience with programming languages (C#, VB.Net, VBA, XML, JSON, and APIs and databases (SQL).

–       Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.

–       Cultural adaptability.

–       Organized tasks and deliverables.

Experience

·      1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

·      Develop software projects using modern analysis and development methodologies as well as advanced programming languages.

·       Analyze & design databases, according to previously established security policies.

·       Apply good documentation practices and help guides of the application.

·       Perform maintenance and software integrations for the existing system.

·       Identify causes of problems, and solve application incidents using techniques, procedures, and tools for different platforms.

·       Deliver value and quality work to the business and our customers.

·       Actively participate in the review of project progress and take preventive action to mitigate risks (functional, technical, resource, etc.) 

·       Ensure timely delivery of assigned systems and modules and guarantee the quality of systems under their responsibility.

·      Elaborate on design proposals and apply best practices to the system´s development.

Cloud Solutions Engineer – Full Stack

About the Role:

We are seeking Cloud Solutions Engineers (Full Stack Developer) with beginner to intermediate level of experience (minimum 3 plus years of experience) to actively contribute to the continuous improvement & development of future releases of our flagship product CloudCADI. In this role, the person will be responsible to:

  • Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build and deploy new features/enhancements to CloudCADI at the direction of cloud solutions architect.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for cloud Solutions including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
  • Individually develop/code backend (Node.JS) and frontend (React JS) components as required for the new version releases of CloudCADI.
  • Build and maintain the Postgres database. Create the necessary API’s for the frontend and backend components to communicate with the DB.
  • Write python scripts to interact with various cloud services and enable data extraction for Cloud CADI.
  • Hosting all the dependent components of CloudCADI within the appropriate cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP or IBM)
  • Learn and improve their cloud knowledge by doing certifications and online courses.
  • Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
  • Experience or working knowledge in cloud app hosting platform services (Azure App service, Elastic beanstalk, Google cloud platform, etc.) and serverless functions.
  • Hands on experience in Java script frameworks/libraries like Node, React and Express.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A suitable candidate will have at least bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent streams.
  • Experience: The candidate must have at least 1-2 years of development experience in Java (Node, React) and python scripting. Working experience with any major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: As the solutions engineer, the person should also demonstrate a high level of analytical and quantitative skills. Should be able to quickly identify and prevent potential incidents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a plus for this position as it involves frequent meetings with clients to discuss their requirements. The person must be a self-learner as well as a good team player, so ability to effectively communicate ideas and suggestion to the architect and other solutions engineers is a must. 

Cloud Solutions Engineer – Frontend

About the Role:

We are seeking Cloud Solutions Engineers (Frontend Engineer) with beginner to intermediate level of experience (minimum 1 to 2 years of experience) to actively contribute to the continuous improvement & development of future releases of our flagship product CloudCADI. In this role, the person will be responsible to:

  • Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build and deploy new features/enhancements to CloudCADI at the direction of cloud solutions architect.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for cloud Solutions including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
